Sense it as an inspiration.

See it as a mirror.

Know it as an extension.  

Our life energy can be best noticed in a waterfall.  It is bubbling with zest to meet the unknown. It knows no fear, no boundaries.  Its beauty is in surrendering to gravity (nature).  Its enigma is in its continuity.  Its purpose is in its flow.

When it falls from the height it purifies.

When it transforms in depth it flows.

When it lets go it embodies serenity.

Every stone in the path is opportunity.

Every course change is spontaneity.

Every vulnerability is its intimacy.

Sexual energy is life energy.  It is loud, intense and continuous at the source.

When it is explored, it brings pleasure.

When it is conscious, it heals deeply.

When it is accepted, it flows to peace.

Remember to accept, honor and express it!
